chevron_rightWhat are the association dues? Total dues for 2025 are $675.00. Payment can be made in one or two installments. The first installment is due on March 1, 2025, with the option of paying the full amount of $675, or a partial amount of $337.50. If paying the partial amount, the second installment of $337.50 is due on July 1, 2025.

chevron_rightWhen is trash/recycling pick up? Trash and recycling pick up is on Thursdays of each week. Federal holidays or inclement weather may push back pick up days to Friday.

Armour Property Management, LLC (APM) is an Indianapolis based Management Company Specializing in Homeowners Association Management (HOA) in Indianapolis Indiana and surrounding counties. They were selected by SAW Development as the property manager to handle the transition to our HOA in 2020. APM began in April 2003 with the objective of creating a company whose primary focus and business model is in providing management services for Community Homeowner Associations. As a community resident and member of a Homeowner Association we embarked on this journey because of the recognized need for professional service, value, ethical behavior and integrity – qualities that we feel are important. Armour Property Management, LLC is committed to developing a business that will differentiate us from our competition. We feel the key to success is to create strong communication and a seamless environment between the Association Board of Directors, the homeowners and our management firm.

Additional information may be requested: Blueprints or detailed diagram with dimensions Elevations (if applicable) Materials list (including type and colors) Sample of material (if applicable, i.e., paint chips, shingle sample) Plot plan/survey showing improvement location Project Documentation - Attach and Submit the requested items below if your project is one of the following:
- Fence
- Copy of proposal (price blocked out) from contractor
- Picture of fence type to be installed
- Drawing of the fence with measurements shown
- Plot Plan of homeowner lot showing fence lines and gate locations
- Wilshire covenants (Section 5.9) require all fencing must be erected either within 6 inches of the property line of such lot, or more than 4 Feet from the property line of such lot.
- Concrete Patio / Pergola / Firepit
- Copy of proposal (price blocked out) from Contractor
- Diagram on Plot Plan showing location of Patio / Pergola / Firepit will be constructed with dimensions (including height) shown and distance items will be from property lines
- Provide Pictures of Pergola / Firepit to be installed
- Play Equipment (Please review Section 5.26 of Wilshire Covenants for details)
- Copy of proposal (price blocked out) from Contractor
- Picture of equipment proposed
- Diagram on Plot Plan showing location (and height) of the Play Equipment to be constructed with dimensions shown and distance items will be from property lines
